Project Coordination

One of the most important services we provide is coordination.

On a substantial renovation, there can be numerous trades working on the property at different stages.

The plumber needs to coordinate with the kitchen installer. The electrician needs to understand the lighting and furniture layouts. Structural work has to be completed before certain finishing works can begin. Bespoke furniture needs to be considered before electrical points and other services are finalised.

We coordinate these elements so that the project can progress logically from one stage to the next.

Our clients have one main point of contact, while we deal with the different trades and specialists involved in delivering the work.

Individual Works or Complete Project Management

Not every client needs a complete refurbishment.

We are happy to discuss individual building and renovation works as well as larger projects.

Alternatively, if you are undertaking a substantial renovation and would prefer one company to coordinate the complete construction process, we can manage the project from the initial building work through to the final finishes.
